Hello there! I’m Jessica. I’m a Registered Psychologist born and raised in Calgary, AB.

My work is rooted in empathy and curiosity, blending practical strategies with a genuine understanding of each person’s lived experience. I integrate tools from CBT, DBT, and attachment-based therapies, while also bringing in mindfulness and self-compassion practices. My work is grounded in collaboration and curiosity. I strive to offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their strengths and make meaningful change. As a Nigerian-Canadian therapist, I understand the complexity of navigating multiple cultural worlds, the beauty, the pressure, and the unspoken layers that often come with it. My goal is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your voice, honour your story, and build a life that feels aligned with who you are becoming.
Outside of therapy, I’m a lover of the arts and I enjoy giving back to my community. As a dancer and choreographer, I found healing and self-expression through movement and creativity. I try to share these values with my community and in my work.

About Mann Bajwa, Registered Provisional Psychologist:
Hi! I’m Mann. I am a trauma-informed provisional psychologist, currently completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I work under the supervision of Dr. Don Zeman.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t mean erasing the past, but learning how to live with it in a way that still honours you. I pay close attention to how culture, family, identity, and systemic pressures shape our emotional world. As a member of the South Asian community that has worked with diverse populations, I offer a space where your cultural background is understood, rather than explained.
When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, woodworking, designing culturally resonant materials, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy giving back to my community through volunteering or advocating for immigrant and minority experiences.
